Haryana HPSC Assistant Professor Test Series 2024: The HPSC announcement is in continuation of advertisement No. 42 to 67 0f 2024 for the posts of Assistant professor (college cadre) in various subjects in Higher Education Department, Haryana. The last date for submission for online application form of these advertisements was 05:00 PM on 02.09.2 024 for all intents & purposes. The distribution of 2,424 Haryana Assistant Professor vacancies includes 1,273 posts for the General category, 429 for Scheduled Castes (SC), 361 for Backward Classes -A (BCA), 137 for Backward Classes -B (BCB), and 224 for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS).

HPSC Screening Test Important Information

Total number of MCQs: 100
Time duration of the exam: 2 hours (120 Minutes)
Total Marks: 100
All questions carry equal marks.
Each question will have five options (A, B, C, D and E). If a candidate is attempting a question, she/he shall have to darken the appropriate circle A, B, C or D and if not attempting a question then, she/he shall have to darken E circle. If none of the five circles is darkened, one fourth (0.25) mark shall be deducted.
Any candidate not darkening any of the five circles in more than 10% questions shall be disqualified.
One-fourth mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.
Candidates four times the numbers of advertised posts, including bracketed candidates if any, will be called for the next stage of selection process, provided that they have secured the minimum cut-off marks of 25% in the screening test.
